Welcome Back…If you’ve been thinking a side hustle is just what you need, but you are unsure about the options you have available for you, you are in the right place. Today, I am covering some of the most popular side hustle options. Many have a low investment and create an opportunity to meet a high-demand need. Others will allow you to utilize the skills you already have to make additional money.

Let’s start with some of the side hustles that require you to drive. You could use your car to drive others around when you are doing a side hustle such as Uber and Lyft, or maybe you’d rather deliver food or groceries with a side hustle service like DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, or Shipt. You would need to have a driver’s license and insurance as well as other requirements, but if you enjoy driving and helping others, this may be a great side hustle for you. In most cases, you could earn approximately $15.00 per hour or more when you include your tips.

If you like having the opportunity to take care of others, you might want to look into babysitting or even pet sitting if you love to be around animals. Both have options for you to find jobs online when you use Care.com, Rover, or Wag. Once you set up your profile, you are able to see the opportunities available for you locally, and you could earn approximately $15 to $20 per hour.

If you have space available to rent out, whether it is your home or a storage unit, you could turn these areas into money. You could try out being an Airbnb Host or sign up for Neighbor to turn the space you already have into cash, especially if you are in a highly populated location or live in a tourist destination. With this option, you get to set the amount you want to charge. And speaking of Airbnb, did you know that you could be an Airbnb experiences host? If you are familiar with your area and know all the best places to hang out, eat and see, you could create an Airbnb experience for others. What a neat way to use the knowledge and expertise you have in your life to share with others.

If you have a passion for teaching, you could be a tutor either online or in person or teach English with a program like VIPKid. Teaching could also move you into the realm of being a personal trainer, or you could even create an online course to teach others something you are skilled in. The online learning space is growing considerably year over year, and you may want to carve a piece of this pie for yourself. There are plenty of great platforms to hold your course on so that it is not only easy for you to put your course out there for others, but they are easily able to maneuver the platform and learn everything you have available for them.

What if you have a particular item you are ready to sell? This may be a craft or even baked goods. You can utilize local farmer’s markets, or if you are ready to move into the online space, you can use Etsy or eBay to help you showcase your items to sell.

There are many services you could turn into a side hustle that are in demand as well. Take, for instance, lawn care, house cleaning, and even laundry services. Again, with these services, you get to set your pricing and hours of availability. I’ve heard of people making lots of money doing laundry for others. The key here is to make sure that what you are offering is something others need, want, and are willing to pay for. I am sure there are many of you listening today that would love to ha
