First, I want to say that when you feel dread, it doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. It can actually mean you’re doing something right. Our feelings come from what we are thinking, and not our circumstances. That means the task itself, the bookkeeping, the call, or the presentation, isn’t causing the dread. The dread is coming from your thinking.
